Q: What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning service?

There are a few things you can do to help us both out before our arrival.

  • 1. Make sure you’ve given us instructions on how to enter your home, as well as any keys/codes.
  • 2. Pick up any items that are lying around as well as documents like bills.
  • 3. Secure your valuables. No, we’re not planning on taking them, but it’ll make us both feel better!
  • 4. Put your pet(s) in a safe spot.
  • 5. Let us know about any areas that need special attention.

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t. In fact, most of our clients have busy schedules and book us specifically because they need to be out during the time we’re working. We can do a more efficient job when we can be left alone to work without any interruptions.

Q: How much of my home will you clean?

As much or as little as you like. Only want the floors done? We can do it. Want the entire house as well as the garage sparkling? We can do that too.

Q: Are your services pet-friendly?

Yes, they are. We recognize that as a pet owner you may have a little extra to clean. Just let us know during our consultation, and when we arrive to do the job make sure your pet is in a safe location so there aren’t any problems.

Q: What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?

That is up to you. We do ask that your pets be out of the way so we’re not stepping on any tails, but if you’d like to close them in a bedroom or take them out with you, we can work with either. Just let us know where your pet is before we arrive so we’re prepared.

Q: Will you move furniture to clean behind and underneath?

Within reason. Heavy antique pieces will likely not be touched but kitchen dining sets, etc. will. But as always, if you request it specifically we’ll make sure it gets done.

Q: Do you provide supplies?

Yes! Cleaning supplies are included in our pricing so you don’t have to worry about stocking them. We only work with the best products that help us get the job done properly.

Q: Do you provide free estimates?
